Re: Redskins vs. Saints Official Game Day Thread
That review was an embarassment. Sorry but his arm is pretty clearly down and even if you don't think so it is still not clearly NOT down. Screw the refs on this one.

Two bad calls. Moore was down by contact also. His legs were all over Shockey when he was down.

Re: Redskins vs. Saints Official Game Day Thread
we got conservative on our last drive to kick the fg maybe we should have gone for it with just 4th and 1 yard. Looking back on it we figure that the lame as kicker would make a simple kick. He would if it didnt mean anything bu.t it was a pressure kick and he chocked

I dont know what that guy is talking about unless Suisham is making 5 million a year.

Re: Redskins vs. Saints Official Game Day Thread
Suisham screwed up, but this game was decided by an illegal decision by the referees. I don't want to hear any "well we deserved to lose, anyways," from the peanut gallery, because we didn't. We had possession in sudden death overtime, and it was illegally given away to New Orleans.
I always wondered what it felt like to be an Irish soccer fan . . . Actually, their officiating debacle was much worse. |

I wish it didn't always come down to missed fieldgoals! But this is by far our best game this year. Atleast we still have heart! I know were all sick of losing( i know i am) but, the upside is we are heading in a positve direction. Big ups to Devin Thomas! Squisham Blows Balls.

Re: Redskins vs. Saints Official Game Day Thread
Dude our defense really needs to start forcing some turnovers to change momentum in the games.

Re: Redskins vs. Saints Official Game Day Thread
I don't know why people are getting pissed at Zorn, Campbell, the defense...
This team stood toe to toe with arguably the best team in the NFL right now and won. Everyone stepped up today and I haven't been more proud of this team in a very long time. Yes, it feels like shit to lose because of one person who should have been gone after the 07 season, but this team played awesome today and you can't expect anything better from our players. |
