You know why Tau looks so good because he has Hill

I am starting to think hitch wagon to SH and go draft Harrison

While Hill is elite receiver, the reason Tau looks great is Miami is second in the league in rushing per game. San Fran is like third. Last year Eagles were number 1 and Baltimore is historically in the top 5.

Competent QB passers who are athletic look elite when you compliment them with a strong running game.

yeah good points

you could also say hill helps pull the safeties out of the box as well thus opening running lanes

No doubt, and we haven’t had an elite rushing attack in years

Lmao he’s not very good and after we lose to GB because he will not make the throws then hopefully Sam plays week 8

Howell is a first round talent....I expected him to play as good as he's playing.....Rivera should have played him last year.

You had a good run in the NFL Sam! Good luck in arena football next year.
It’s a shame we don’t get to see you break the INT, Pick 6, and total Sacks records.

Re: The Sam Howell Thread

After 14 weeks of work , Howell was benched today for Brisett who came in and had 2 TDS right away.

Terrys best game also.

It definitely looks like Howell is at best a QB2. He makes way too many mistakes , yes he’s young and has some good potential but the last 4 games have been very telling.

I’ve compared him to Baker often and I think that’s his ceiling.

For me I’m drafting Drake Maye , Caleb Williams or Jayden Daniels

Re: The Sam Howell Thread

Sam has not looked good the last couple of games, but this team is so bad I can’t judge him for that. At this point, he’s probably shell shocked and worn out by this sorry, pathetic team and coaching.

Ugh not good. Starting to think Washington really may take a new qb with that high 1st rounder. Will be an interesting and eventful offseason.

I kinda lean that way now. I just don’t know if Sam has a high ceiling… he sure doesn’t show it right now.

Re: The Sam Howell Thread

That int pushed me off the Sam bandwagon. He had AG as his outlet alone on the sideline for positive yards and instead directed 17 into coverage. Really boneheaded decision.

This doesn’t mean we’ll necessarily have a better option available to us by draft or FA, but it does put the position in play (for me).
