Re: Potential trades

Burton has a lot of talent but may bring some baggage. He was a no call, no show in Cincy recently leading to him being inactive. His draft bio states he is physical and has good speed. He clearly has talent and like the SEC experience at Georgia and Bama. Will be interesting to see if this goes down.

I don't think we're that desperate at WR to bring someone like that IMO. In the end, in Adam Peters we trust, so if he decides to bring him in so be it. I just personally don't see it.

If we can trade Forbes for Burton AND get Lattimore somehow I'm down, if Peters/Quinn trust Burton to not be a distraction. Burton may just need a new change of scenery and some time. Troubled wrs have worked out very well for KC (Hill, Toney).

Re: Potential trades

I’ll be surprised if we trade for anyone of consequence. Maybe some depth but I don’t see us change our plans. If we can get a good player for a 3rd or 4th rounder; we’ll do it. If not, then we won’t.

Lattimore's injury history:

https://www.draftsharks.com/fantasy/...lattimore/9511

Yes, he's been hurt some. He's been fine this year and don't view his injuries as checkered enough to not pursue.

Offer the 3rd now or even a better a 4th if they accept.

Dallas trades for a wide receiver:

I liked this kid coming out of college. He'll certainly help them but doubt their season turns around much.

Re: Potential trades

So after giving a 4th for Trey Lance, Jerry gives a 4th for an end of bench WR

Lance not even the 2nd QB in Dallas.

Jerry is obviously no longer competent to be his own GM. Now, he's just making inconsequential moves in an attempt to make the Dallas fans think he's got things under control. But it won't work. His poor decisions have gotten his franchise into a deep hole from which he thinks he can dig his way out but it's not gonna happen.

Thanks for this- I just found out-BREAKING: Washington Commanders TRADE for New Orleans Saints CB Marshon Lattimore

-If he is what he is supposed to be and assume he is here through 2026- We are getting really set up for this year and next with FA and the draft.
