Look at the Bengals right now? They're way better than we are. The low life Bengals. Why? Joe Burrow is the main reason. They also have some studs at wr. Chase is a superstar in the making. Terry is really good but he is not Chase good. That guy may be the best wr in the game and he is a rookie.

Terry isn’t as good as Chase. He is better. Swap quarterbacks and the numbers aren’t even close.

I noticed when the play happened in real time that he touched a knee down, I was like fuck I hope the ball was across the goal line... I still have no idea why he didn't just run in standing up.

So dumb. Yet so Washington.

The guy is a solid back up, but he is not a starter period

If Terry doesn't miss a game with a strained oblique this year I will be shocked

I think that they have it drilled into his head so much not to take a hit and get injured that it affected him on that play.I think he thought he would take a hit and do that's why he did what he did, only explanation I can come up with

That was my thought too. Still, he should know that crossing the goal line is the same as going out of bounds, no hitting allowed.

Re: WFT v. Packers Good Loss post-game

He has used his body with abandon to get yards he even lead blocks down the field. I think as others have said he just has a low IQ in game situations. This was the second time this season he dove and came up short. The first was short of first down marker early in the season. Same situation dove unnecessarily knee down. If he is being told not to take hits on runs he does not seem to follow it uniformly.

Obviously a slide or dive says he thought he was taking a hit but come on. He could have gotten in without too much contact. He made an awful decision.
Im not sure that they are telling him to be overly cautious to that extent.

“We’re such a better football team than what our record says, but at the end of the day, you can only go by what we’ve done,”

“So we’re what, 2-5?” Allen asked. “Then that’s just who we are. Losing teams find ways to lose games, and winning teams find ways to win games. And right now, we’re finding ways to lose.”

-Jonathan Allen

I can't even remember when this team last played a full game of complementary football. One side has picked up the other on occasion, but they haven't put it all together in quite some time.
