Vick will start at QB for Philly...if Kelly wants to run "his" offense.
Otherwise, they'll start Foles. I don't see Barkley starting Week 1. I hope he does, we'll destroy them in the season opener. We likely will no matter who plays QB, but Barkley is the worst of their options.

Barkley strikes me as someone that can get flustered easily. If he takes a bunch of hits, I could see him just having an epic meltdown.

Hopefully Chip Kelly will have an irrational, Spurrier-like thing for Barkley, who then will turn into Philly's version of Shane Matthews.
