Re: Zorn On The Hot Seat
Zorn is clearly over his head, but I'm not sure he gets fired tomorrow. I'd understand it if he did though. I think we need to have a revolt as skins fans. we need to demand that the organization be held accountable for its complete and total failure. Synder needs to be less hands on (i don't hate him like others do), we need a GM, we need Vinny out (or at least a diminished role). we need a structural overhaul- and we needed it 5 years ago.

My Cerrato hate pretty much parallels my Snyder hate but Snyder controls the employment status of Cerrato so thus the greater amount of hate there.

Please explain this one. I am limited when it comes to Seinfeld references.

Re: Zorn On The Hot Seat
We need to keep the D and Offensive schemes the same. A west coast coach to take Zorn's place. The D will be fine they have carried the team the first 3 weeks so the D is not the problem. Zorn is.

Re: Zorn On The Hot Seat
Sad fact is the FO doesn't have a structural plan in place to build a long term winner. The dumb draft moves we make are a clear signal to this, along with the totaly insane over the top FA spending. Wasn't it Gibbs last draft where we drafted 3 RB's when we already had our current RB lineup in place? Orakpo was a really nice pickup at the time, but I think he is going to end up a so so player in terms of impact for us and will be let go once his contract is up. I know it is really early to say that, but he isn't an impact player thus far like Arrington, Taylor, Bailey, or Smoot were as rooks. We needed to go O line first and always until you get at least 4 quality linemen.

That is not a good idea for the fact is we have a Gibbs personnel team for a WCo offense. The big speedy Wr's should be used for a long north south passing attack. Look at our lack of offensive production in terms of scoring. THe WCO sucks rocks. JC was stuck hitting Moss and co on the short underneath routes all day, but only 7 points to account for it. You have a QB that loves the long ball and a new WR corp built for the long ball. Moss is a long ball WR and always will be. I say bury the WCO!!!! It is a relic of the 80's-90's!!!!!!!!! |

Re: Zorn On The Hot Seat
I think the only way for Zorn to save his job is to change quarterbacks and he'll never do that.

Re: Zorn On The Hot Seat
And he shouldn't. If we can't win with JC it's certainly not going to happen with Collins.

Re: Zorn On The Hot Seat
Our problems don't change just because Zorn is fired.
We need a resolution to our problems as a whole.

Re: Zorn On The Hot Seat
They'll be some head coaching vacanies around the NFL after this football season. When Zorn gets his second head coaching gig on another team this offseason things shouldn't be so stressful for him.
Good luck on next year's head coaching gig Zorn.
