I wouldn't go as far to say we should let GW go, but I would like to see him temper his arrogance a little. I don't want to see him loose the respect of his players. They don't have to like him as long as they play hard, and they (meaning both coach and player) maintain respect for each other. It wouldn't hurt of course if he had a few more gifted players. A coach is no better than the players he has to work with.
