The #Giants are signing LT Nate Solder to a 4-year deal worth $62M, source said, with $35M guaranteed. The highest paid OL in the NFL. 💰💰💰
After losing the guard to the Jags they knew they had to come off some money. Not sure if I like this ,is it an up grade yes but he hasn't been to a "pro bowl".Now the Giants should trade down get picks and get the guard from ND Nelson. I would offer ODB to the Browns for their #1 and get Barkley and Nelson at # 2.

A flower barrell is an upgrade at LT for Giants, but this just further proves that you don't have to be anywhere near the best to get paid the best.

There is healthy WR speed in this draft and much less expensive. A lot less risk to cost. I hope Richardson is on the field.
Reed on the other hand, I don't think our FO has realized it yet. Instead they signed him to a 5 year, $46,750,000 contract, including a $9,000,000 signing bonus, $22,000,000 guaranteed, a cap hit of $10,143,750 in 2018.
At his cap hit , if he has another repeat of 2017 in 2018 it will definitely be time to get move on from Reed.

There are too many team needs to fill them all via the draft. Some needs must be filled in FA. Apparently, this is one of them.

Nothing changed and it is more of the same. This has been going on for years before the 'legal tampering' was permitted. Only the league could not do anything about it. I remember the days when the new league year started at 4:00 PM EST. And at 4:05 there was a ton of press releases announcing signings. Those deals are not negotiated in 5 minutes. They just could not sign the contract until 4:00. In other words, those deals were struck way beforehand......aka, tampering.

NFL knew they could not do anything about it, so they 'legalized' it.

Joe Thomas set to retire per ESPN...

So when the team actually makes good moves he leaves... Got it

Joe Thomas gave up 30 sacks in his 11-year career (6,680 pass-block snaps).

His replacement, Spencer Drango, allowed 11 sacks in 11 games

Could have had a ring when Denver tried to trade for him when Manning was there. It may have been the year Denver won the SB.

Tons of our players are getting paid.

Who gets the credit for the good draft picks? Bruce All....?
