Oh! This very well could be the worst staff in the league. I just used "bottom five" as a barometer. Unless the season miraculously turn around, this staff will be fired in December or right after the final game of the season. Take it to the bank!

Rivera and JDR will officially retire as I highly doubt anyone will hire them, and Bieneimy will end up as a positional coach somewhere. All remaining coaches and upper management from the Snyder "error" needs to hit the road after the season.

I think we'll be fine once the stench is outta the building.

This is the one silver lining that we all need to be clinging to. For the first time in years we can actually seriously entertain real coaches, gm’s, etc.

This bunch of slobs running the show now was the best Snyder could get.

This year was fools gold. Snyder may have left, but his stink remains. Cannot wait to fumigate!

Last year when we knew we were a crap team again the biggest problem was Snyder is never going anywhere and nobody is going to come here who is better than anyone we got.

Leno is a starter but inconsistent run blocking.

The Oline is very much a huge problem.

A non existent run game is very much a big problem.

Yes Sam played bad and he is now hearing steps in the pocket from the hits, but a majority of this was caused by a bad oline mismanagement from Ron and EB playcalling and poor run game

I would flat out trade our starting 5 OL for any other teams, straight up, no player evaluations needed. I cannot stand watching these bums.

Hit the fucking weights and drink some protein shakes. Our offensive line is soft as fuck. They get bullied in the run game and bullied in the passing game. That's hard to work with even for a good OC, but E.B. clearly either cannot or will not make adjustments to it. I mean, we basically need to run a freshman high school offense. Nothing more than 3 step drops and get the ball out. the only deep plays should be quick fades or quick seems down the middle. We cannot do any slow developing plays with our bums up front.

This is our line. Gates is so weak, he actually got bumped out of the picture w/o even being touched.

He just destroyed him all game long. He made Lawrence look like Prime Reggie White.

A terrible signing. He shouldn't even be on the team, let alone starting. He's now making Wylie not look half bad lol.

Wylie and Charles, 1 and 2 in pressures allowed in the league. Cosmi top ten as well. Three guys from the same oline in the top ten in pressures allowed. That is all time bad.

Oh and Jamian Davis is trash. Another terrible pick by Ron. BSJ also deserves to be called out. Dude gets absolutely burnt deep on a weekly basis.

By my count we need
5 lineman. Maybe Stromberg is a good C
Maybe a WR-2 if Jahan “Doctson” keeps it up.
Maybe a QB, clearly the jury is still out on Sam.

I would love to see a draft evaluation of RRs tenure. Other than his first year when we got Young, Gibson, Charles, Hudson and Curl has he had an above average draft at all? So far I feel the last 2 years of 1st and 2nd rounders have been non impact players. Dotson has had moments but my expectation is a first rounder = immediate impact player

I think it is safe to say GB will be going for a QB in draft or FA this off season.

the #1 priority is o-line. the defense is bad but they gave up 14 yesterday. i think w/ a better coach/scheme they can be middle of the pack. if we had martindale we could be a top 10 or 12 defense.

there is no hope for the offense when you have the guys we have. they need to go o-line in rounds 1 through 4 of the draft plus bring in 2 free agents.

with this staff they don't seem to start coaching until the 2nd h. it's fucking weird. it's like they have no sense of urgency at all. ny had their back up qb ( who outplayed our starter) and no practice squad players on the o-line and had 240 yards in the first h. how do you explain that? did the offense convert one first down all day? this is high school shit.
