2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
![]() Traded back with the Pats and picked up their first and second next year. This would make me eternally hard. Lets say Chicago takes Caleb and the Pats like Maye - we trade back one spot - nobody can move ahead of us and we take JD at 3 and pick up extra draft picks. |

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
His film is insane, kid is deadly accurate downfield too. I was all in on Maye but now I’m fine with Jd5.
That’s also if Caleb goes 1 of course Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The idea of a quarterback who can evade pressure and throw accurately anywhere on the field while doing so should have everyone excited. He is 6-4 and 210. He surely will bulk up a bit without going full JaMarcus Russell. Lol. |

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I will say that JD is growing on me. I have no idea how it will all shake out, but the likelihood of Caleb, Drake and Jayden going 1-2-3 (not necessarily in that order) is pretty high. Could go that way with trades, or no trades... either way I hope we get their #1 target, whoever that may be.

2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Im pretty much in lockstep with you as far as need. QB OLine That imo is set in stone no matter who else is there. Literally cannot have the QB without the OT/G. After that bpa at lb, corner, or edge. Our D needs a playmaker so bad but it is not as important as keeping our future healthy. I think with our third pick we can get a difference maker anyway. Then TE, more OLine, and basically anything else other than QB. Just BPA. A definite pattern that should be pretty spot on. Last edited by punch it in; 02-17-2024 at 10:38 PM. |

Anyone know if Gabe Taylor (Sean’s brother) declaring for the draft? Would love to draft him.

Not sure. He is a Junior. I cant find him in any mocks. Id draft him just to gift him money and let him follow in older brother’s footsteps even if he didn’t deserve it. |

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I am so pumped for FA/Draft. So much more so than recent years it is liberating.

I hope we can sign at least 1 starting OL and 1 starting secondary player in FA.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I don't see JD5 dropping that far. As of right now most "experts" have him as a top 3 Prospect in all positions
