Agreed. It was BJ and suddenly it wasn’t. Had to reset. Although, there is really no rush at this point. Nobody is going elsewhere now. We will have a HC soon. |

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
No doubt we will .. at this point I would like them to take some time and interview more candidates .. because right now it looks like whoever gets hired was a desperate third choice . No reason to rush now

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
I say we be the 1st team to not even have a HC. Just complete autonomy for the OC, DC, and ST coaches. Through chaos comes order.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
What really is the HC role? Call time outs, throw a red flag, decide 4th down play? Honestly a trained monkey could do that. You might be onto something. Plus having a monkey on the sideline would be cool. There’s not much more adorable than a monkey in human clothes.

I think you know it is all in jest. Using animals for human entertainment is pretty high on my disgust factor.

Good article on Quinn, question is? Why didn’t the Cowboys hire him
Instead of keeping fat fuck. https://www.hawkblogger.com/2024/01/...you-think.html

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Just want EB off any list of possibilities. Please.
And overall I think they were a victim of timing. Which they had so much of... but Peter's came in a little late and coaches were already flying off the board... I hope it's an out the box, inspired and innovative type of hire. Can't believe we didn't at least interview Harbaugh

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
That feels to Snyder-ee. I don't see that happening. I think it's Weaver, Glenn, Quinn, or the great unknown that no one saw coming.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
For the Record I never said who I wanted as coach and who I want makes no difference anyways I'm just a fan having fun on a forum .. but since it was brought up It's not even about who they ultimately hire it's about the way it's gone down ..allready on this forum we have some that think it's all part of the Plan and no big deal and others who think Harris and Company got caught totally off guard and are scrambling to right the ship .. truth is it's probably somewhere in the middle.. I don't fault anyone for there thoughts .. I'm in the camp of they got caught off guard and hopefully they make the right pick .. we won't even know that until next year when season starts and we will all watch it unfold good or bad!
