Well bouncing back from disappointments will be a big indicator of GM success. I guess we will see where it is trending.

I hope it's Weaver, he reminds me of Tomlin's no nonsense attitude

Weaver may end up as his DC.

Probably going to be Glenn or Quinn.

I think it's pretty safe to say that Johnson was the top guy they targeted.

Perhaps, but as we've learned the last 24 hours you can't believe everything that's out there on social media.

Obviously it was someone on a division champ playoff team

The whole ride EB for a year and see who is out there next year sounds way better then settling for someone today only to watch 4 years of BS

Honestly EB would be way more disappointing than someone like Quinn for me.

Who says we'd be locked in to someone for 4 years? If next year is another disaster you cut bait.

I just don't want EB getting someone like Daniels or Maye killed back there with his bullshit drop back 50 times a game with zero running game offense.

I don't actually have an issue with Quinn. He is very well respected as a leader and motivator. Did he blow a superbowl? He was the head coach, so yes. However, it was Kyle Shannahan's offense that couldn't do anything after getting a big lead. and Quinn gave Kyle full control of that side of the ball. He has coached some really good defenses and due to his experience and connections has a lot bigger list of coordinators and position coaches to choose from than a 1st year coach would. If he is the man, which it looks like he will be, i'm on board. And it will weaken Dallas' defense, especially if our ex head coach swap places with him to become their DC.

Leader of men. That is what Adam Peters said at his press conference. Quinn is that.

This! Don't want EB anywhere near our rookie QB.
