I am sure they do. My HS teams do. And we have a much smaller staff than the Redskins.

I look at Guice as a future star on this team. There is a long time until the first game and I hope this doesn't foretell a player who can't seem to get healthy.
The quality that Guice had was explosive running ability. If he is constantly worried about getting hurt, that could affect his tendency to take chances. I hope this is nothing because we have a second-round draft pick locked up in this guy.
