Go back and highlight that white space underneath.

We need to really hit on some draft picks...a few more Jordan Reed's and Alfred Morris types. Even another Amerson who I think has the skills to be a great player.
Agreed. Free Agency should be viewed as the accessories to a house but not the foundation to build upon.

It's finally over. I hope we all can get behind the next HC and direction of the team. There's lots of great candidates out there for HC, DC, and OC.

How much impact do you guys think RG3 had on this decision? The guy left Redskins Park without speaking to the media and hasn't endorsed Shanahan like other players (Reed Doughty, Chris Neild, etc.) have done on twitter and in public.

Can we deem RG3 a "Coach Killer"? I really like the guy but I'm starting to see how he really is. Stubborn and doesn't like to be told what to do.

I think the relationship between the Shanahan's and RG3 had an impact. I don't think he's a coach killer, but he needs a tough that will coach him hard.

Surprise! RG3 is actually the owner and fired Shanahan himself. You know, with all that pull RG3 has and that the entire Redskins locker room and organization is a-okay with. Because if you don't publicly endorse your old shitty HC, you must obviously want his head on a stake.

He's doing a conference call right now, he thanked Shanahan for drafting him, said he learned a lot from him, and that he's looking forward to a new year.

I mean, did anyone expect him to stay? Is the new coach going to come in and keep him? Kyle S. wasn't RG3's biggest fan either.
