I'm getting so sick of reading all this shit about Miles Austin. Can anyone say Ashley Lelie? He had a few good games and a sick YPC, but then he fell off the radar. He was playing over his head for a few games, but you don't all of a sudden just "get it" after that many years in the league.

I don't know, I understand what you are saying, but he was behind TO for most of those years. I think if anyone player will impact this game for dallas' side it will be either Austin or FJones. I really wouldn't be surprised to see a repeat of last week, where Austin/Jones burns us early and then we re-work the defensive game plan and shut them down. If anyone can tell me why our D can't just shut teams down from the gitgo I would love to hear that.

I can see that but it wasn't like he didn't get his looks. I mean he never really produced even when he got looks WITH TO there.

Well I am glad I have field level seats on the sidelines, at least I will get to see the Redskins offense in person.

If I had end zone seats, I'd never get to see them.

You must be talking about how Green Bay fans felt last week about Dallas.

Lelie was just a deep threat, same way austin has done his damage. I don't know how well he does in the middle of the field, slants, etc. Seems like GB just took away the deep threat w/the safeties & put Woodson on Witten. We'll see how dallas responds to last week, I expect em to try to get austin involved on some quick screens & short stuff early to set up the dreaded double move. Let's hope CR doesn't bite!

Re: Skins v. Dallas Predictions

DallasCowboys.com - Injury Report
Updated November 19, 2009

Washington Redskins

RB Ladell Betts (concussion - full participation)
TE Chris Cooley (ankle - out)
DT Albert Haynesworth (ankle - did not participate)
T Stephen Heyer (knee - limited participation)
RB Clinton Portis (concussion - did not participate)
T Mike Williams (ankle - did not participate)

Dallas Cowboys

S Ken Hamlin - ankle (11/15) Hamlin suffered a high ankle sprain against the Packers and will miss 2-4 weeks. Alan Ball will replace him at free safety beginning Sunday against the Redskins.

CB Mike Jenkins - elbow (11/15) Jenkins sustained a deep biceps contusion against the Packers. He tried to return in the fourth quarter but left again in noticeable pain. But the starting corner has practiced fully this week, and head coach Wade Phillips said Jenkins looked noticeably better on Thursday. Barring a setback, he's expected to start.

K David Buehler - toe (11/15) The rookie kickoff specialist kicked off Thursday with what he called a fractured right pinky toe. Phillips is optimistic Buehler, who's tied for third in the league in touchbacks (17), will be able to kick off against the Redskins. Phillips said Buehler likely would only kick off this week; if not, place kicker Nick Folk will handle those duties for the first time since 2008.

OT Marc Colombo - ankle (11/15) Colombo had surgery this week to repair ligaments after suffering a high ankle sprain against the Packers. He also fractured his fibula. There's a chance Colombo could return this season, but he will miss at least several weeks. Doug Free will start in his place at right tackle.

KR/PR Allen Rossum - hamstring (10/25) The return specialist injured his hamstring on his first return against the Falcons and will likely miss a fourth straight game against the Redskins.

LB DeMarcus Ware - foot (10/21) The Pro Bowl linebacker is playing with a stress fracture in his foot, but amazingly it hasn't seemed to affect him in the last few games. He has had full practice participation again this week and is expected to start.

RB Marion Barber - thumb (10/21) - Barber has played the last several games with a fractured thumb and has had full participation again this week. Phillips also said Barber has gotten his "burst back" since recovering from a previous quadriceps strain.

S Gerald Sensabaugh - thumb (10/4) Wearing a cast on his surgically-repaired thumb, the starting strong safety has played the last several games without any major problems. He has had full practice participation again this week and is expected to start.

Injured Reserve:
LB Brandon Williams (torn ACL)
LB Stephen Hodge (knee)

Non-Active PUP:
OL Robert Brewster (torn pectoral muscle)

That's only because the Jerry-tron would be blocking your view.

Nice update Buster. I'd like to see Jarmon get some time at RDE against Doug Free.

Why do they have Betts listed as having a concussion? I thought he had an ankle injury?
