To address your PS, that's the only hope you have for your team is that they can hurt another player? The testament of sad existence of the Skins fan in 2009. If anyone does manage a dirty hit they'll have to answer to our O-line which is the nastiest group of the players in the NFL.
alright i gotch ya buddy. the falcons O line is the nastiest group of men ever assembled, your special teams coach is working on the cure for cancer and matt ryan can throw cows over a barn.

go skins!!

but in all honesty, good for you and your falcon fans. you all earned the right to watch some good football considering how the past 3-4 years went for you all.

I think we just got the karma we needed. Seems when a fan of another team comes in talking trash it usually backfires and we never see that person again. I suddenly like our chances!

All I know is the Falcons coach, Mike Smith, was great as Betty Draper's father on Mad Men this season. He deserves an Emmy.

Re: What do you expect in the Atlanta game

I actually thought the Sherman Lewis experiment was as much of a success as you could expect, I mean, we came in, faced the best defense so far (not counting the Giants) and put up the most points we have had in a game this year.

I am thinking that with two weeks and with Lewis having had more time to get comfortable, I don't think 21-25 points is out of the question...

Re: What do you expect in the Atlanta game

Speaking of the playcalling experiment, anyone seen this yet? From cbssports:

Quote:
Intriguing play calling news from Redskins coach Jim Zorn. Offensive coordinator Sherman Smith will call running plays, Offensive consultant Sherm Lewis will call passing plays and Zorn will handle the two-minute drill with QB Jason Campbell.
Umm, who decides if it's a run or pass? Although, I think moving Zorn back in on the 2 minute is a good idea. We took way to long in the first half 2 minute drill against Philly waiting for the play call.

This is how it worked in the Philly game. Zorn called the 2 min offenses, and of course he took to long. Lewis decides run or pass.

I expect Haynesworth to hold their wings while Fletcher get his rocks off.

You guys finally see why I hate ATL, GT, and everything else about that damn state.

It's nothing more than a penal colony that was granted statehood.

Re: What do you expect in the Atlanta game

I'm expecting to get schooled - Falcons 27, Skins 17. That said, if the defense can we shut down turner and white and the offense offense doesn't turn the ball over, we could lose in a close game.

I think the defense is still very much a wild card- I'm excited to see how it does against solid offenses. The offense will again struggle- there really is no way for it to succeed with that line.

Just when I thought guys where getting ticked at an ATL fan and we finally started bashing them instead of the Skins you have to post this. You need to go sit in the corner for a ten min. time out.
