After I had that problem I reset the detector and it's been fine since. Changing the battery won't hurt either.

Spent the weekend in Auburn NY for a wedding. Wife had us go the scenic route up past Seneca Lake and the 42 million vineyards that line Route 414 between Watkins Glen and Seneca Falls. Would have been a very nice drive except for the fog and drizzle. First time in that part of the country. Very pleasant.

I grew up on Keuka Lake. Very nice region out there on the Finger Lakes. Did you hit up any of the wineries?

Not this time around, but definitely in a future trip. Wife's friend that got married is from that area (Port Byron/Weedsport, works for Auburn PD), so I imagine we'll be back to visit. Wife's been up several times, but that was my first trip.
