Re: Food Vices
Lol. I figured someone would make fun of me. I need to lose some weight. Makes it easier if you can find healthier alternatives to things that you enjoy. It was pretty damn good. I'll own it.

While I’m here, turkey outside of thanksgiving just sucks. I’m trying to find an exception to this obvious rule...I think state fair or outdoor carnival/festival type setting then smoke turkey legs are def crushable and a strong suggestion. Maybe you make a mistake an get sliced boars heads turkey for sandwiches is ok once, twice a year...but seriously fuck turkey in general.

Re: Food Vices
I generally agree that turkey is a bit overrated but I do love a #7 from Jersey Mike's with pepper relish and jalapeños

Re: Food Vices
Generally I wasn't a big turkey fan before but now that I'm trying to eat healthier turkey & rice is a go-to when I don't want to cook anything special and even shredded turkey sandwiches are tasting pretty good now.

Food Vices
Being a vegan I will probably not get a whole lot of agreement here but beyond meats are really fucking good, and their is a new brand called sweet earth that finally makes a bacon that tastes like bacon. They also make kick ass meatballs. I cannot even imagine how hard this lifestyle used to be like even 7 years ago before everyone started doing plant based alternatives.
I do it because of compassion and not necessarily health - though the healthy side effects are welcome. Noticed a few healthy eating comments- some of these substitutes can really help with blood sugar, weightloss, etc. Anyway hopefully the vegan can stay in the thread. Lol I dont push it on anyone btw. Took me 43 years. I buy my daughter whatever she wants to eat. Definitely a decision someone has to make on their own. So let me stay. I fuckin love junk food. |

Re: Food Vices
I just had this hot sauce delivered on Amazon. Rare to find sauces with good flavor and great heat. This stuff is good.

This sauce is damn good. Hot but not over the top ridiculous, and it has good flavor. Thanks for the recommendation.

Thats not a sandwich. This is a sandwich. Harolds in edison nj. When i used to eat meat... There was a pickle and bread bar. You could take what was left and as much bread as you needed. Could literally eat for a week... |

Re: Food Vices
Once you get by the novelty of it, it's just a pile of meat, not a true sandwich. SS posted a sandwich, and that pickle looks killer too.
