Kirk's comments were through the roof stupid though. Does he realizes he's playing a contact sport ? Is he gonna surround himself with plexiglass on the field too ?

If a WR tests positive for covid. If Cousins, unvax, is in close contact he has to stay away for 5 days even if Cousins test negative. if Cousins is deemed to NOT be in close contact bc he followed protocol, then he only has to test negative and is not automatically away for 5 days. the plexiglass thing I see as just some brainstorming way to figure out/gather as many token "safety protocols" he followed to convicne the nfl he should be graded as "not in closer contact" vs "in close contact". Cousins is playing the game, I really hope our unvaxxed guys are thinking of ways to "prove" to the league they should be "not in close contact" as well .. even if what they do seems dumb and not effective .. give the league something to hang their hat on, something the league can point to bc I imagine the league wants 0 games forfeited and as few covid stats as possible. |

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
Lamar Jackson shouldn’t get a pass about his covid stance after getting it twice

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
I really have a hard time with “against my religion” excuse…I’ve read a lil bit about it and most things seemed really trivial of why not get a covid vaccine especially if you and your kids have taken other vaccines.
We saw a lil bit of push back in third world country when covid appeared and the religious there said god or allah would protect them. I don’t see that here but the thinking that a vaccine would be against god is at odds of some things. I respect a religious exemption as well as my body my choice…but some of the logic is at odds. I consider myself fairly religious and participate in worship services as well.

Giants need to make a trade to upgrade their offensive line ASAP Lol Also, why have like 3 giants retired in the last like 10 days? Sounds like locker room, coaching issue Gettleman to the rescue… Update…PFF had the Giants Oline ranked last coming into this season a month ago. You think that can drop any further?

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
Wentz and Nelson may play week 1:
https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...s-in-week-one/ Pretty quick recovery. Wentz and Reich will be an interesting pair and to see if Wentz can stay healthy. |
