I would not be in favor at all. You can't come out of this draft without your QB of the future or multiple extra future firsts. I personally wouldn't draft Penix in the top 4 rounds. He's gonna be injured, like always, in my opinion.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Yeah I wish him all the best. Seems like a great kid, but I wouldn’t draft him unless he was sitting there in the fifth round or something. Injured a lot and I simply do not like lefties. Yes there have obviously been good ones but their motion seems so slow and unnatural it makes me nervous. Lol. |

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Unless he drops in our lap at 2, I don’t want him. I think he is the biggest risk/reward between himself, Maye , and Daniels.
Maye seems the least risk, as a prototypical QB size, decent athleticism, and big arm. Daniels is by far the best athlete of the three, and most high character in my eyes. I know little of Maye, but never heard a bad word about Daniels. Hopefully it becomes a moot point when some other team drafts nail polish boy. 💅🏾

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Dan Quinn doesn't seem like the kinda guy that wants to start this job saddled to a QB with a lot of quirks.. I would be shocked if we do draft him he would be a problem .. KK has been around him .. look I got pissed when the Quinn hire went down BUT I didn't know the REAL story .. After learning the FACTS I'm on board with whatever they wanna do .. just WIN !!

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Unless there's a super in-frequent pre-draft trade, shit is gonna be wild on 4/25/2024.
It's nice to actually have real curiosity/excitement, rather than hoping somehow dick-fuck gets undeservedly lucky.

He'll play wherever he's drafted. Gotta believe that is going to be Chicago.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
We've come a long ways Baby!!😀 Next is the Draft that's when it will start to shape up ! We won 4 games with Ron and fired JDR with Sam getting killed because EB didn't try to run so I see NO reason with a easier schedule a entire new staff a lot of new players we could easy win 8-9 games and that keeps us in it with a chance at wild card !
