basically, if your collar was not the same color as your jersey, it has been ruined by nike.

most look stupid because of the horseshoe shape, but teams like the texans look stupid because the collar is so damn wide/thick/bold
Yeah I don't understand the nike collar look??

Dallas and Oakland too. Los panda hit it..any team that had same-colored collars before is safe from the disco curse.

Dallas, aside from the traditional mismatched blues and silver-green pants, has some big issues with their jerseys. Look at the sleeve stripes, especially on the QBs with longer sleeves. That TE in the background has sleeve stripes that look like "=" equals signs.

Romo looks like a nerd:

The Colts still have stripe issues but they don't seem to be as bad the Reebok jerseys:

KC looks sharp:

Here's Romo's 2011 look for comparison:

That looks so much better than what we are sporting.

The hell? I hope you're JUST talking about the collar.

Not even speaking from my bias, the Cowboys have one of the worst uniforms in the league. They use about 3 or 4 non-matching shades of blue, a silver helmet with that green-silver shade for pants that was designed in the 1970s because of bad colorizing on TV sets of the time and random black outlining the stripes on the jerseys, which are now all F'ed up by Nike. They're a mess.

It's because DAL buys their jerseys from chinajerzees.net

Thanks for the clarification. So the home (burgundy) jerseys won't have that?

Yeah. Sorry, thought that was implied. I hate that 70's, half collar that we and the majority of the league sport.

I can't agree with you more. They are terrible. Not only are their green-silver pants strange colors, but it gets stranger with increasing layers of butt sweat. Don't tell me you guys haven't noticed that too.

In West Philadelphia born and raised. On the playground is where I spent most of my days...

Sure you're not really an Eagles fan?

Why do you think my two favorite sports are football and wrastling. Love the tight pants.

Re: 2012 NFL Uniform Thread - Nike takes over

Count me in as a hater for the collars. On a side note that Romo uni .... WTF is up with the silver, light blue, and white stripes on the pants, white jersey with light blue numbers..... then silver and dark blue helmets? It seems they are running with 4 different colors.... white, silver, light blue, and dark blue.

Maybe its just me but their uni's look screwed up.
