I would be ecstatic if we hire Williams, but I really have hard time believing he would want to join Redskins, considering the situation Redskins is currently in.. I'm assuming that Snyder probably would have to give Williams a blank check for him to accept the job.

Not surprising. JP speculated Williams was just using the Skins as leverage to get more money from the Jets.

I gotta say, i'm quite pleased with this outcome. Being continuously spurned by quality candidates is the only way Snyder will truly realize the reality of what his team has become.
