Special teams failures and a crucial fumble by Alfmo or Griffin.

I don't know why Gruden couldn't have Colt relieve RGIII if necessary and then have RGIII start again against the Bucs. There doesn't need to be a QB controversy if a developing young QB is having a poor game and is relieved by a veteran backup QB for the remainder of that particular game.

Sadly, I think you are right, I don't have a good feeling about this game, guess as fans we'll just have to hope for the best. The Vikes defense is pretty good, plus I suspect that Zimmer will know all of Gruden's tendencies, which will be a big problem. The Dallas win was amazing, so we know as Skins fans it is time to come back to Earth, of course the ghost of 2012, is still there...

Do you not think Gruden will know Zimmer's?

Re: Skins vs. Vikes Pregame Thread

Isn't this the game where there will be organized demonstrations against the word "Redskin" ?

Either way, the 'Skins band together, Griff works the rust off quickly and the 'Skins get the "W".

I'm thinking it will be a close game, but a win on the road in the NFL is still a quality win.

Hail to the Redskins!

Re: Skins vs. Vikes Pregame Thread

Saw some Twitter pix - the accident seems like it was a little more than a fender bender but no one hurt. Man that's crazy. Never seen anything like it. Apparently the police escort missed an exit ramp and hit the brakes, causing the rear bus to collide with one in front. So Minneapolis police apparently don't know how to get to the stadium. Sheesh.

Call to start Robert Griffin III of Washington Redskins came from top - ESPN

Anybody seen this report? What's up with the teammates "shouting?" My dad told me one of the pregame reports say they were booing. And is there any truth to this "Griffin has alienated himself from the locker room" thing?

This has the sound of stirring up drama that doesn't exist. Sounds like crap to me.
