How in the fuck does Louisville hire Petrino again?
Louisville Cardinals the surprise destination for Bobby Petrino - ESPN Are they kidding me? This would be like us rehiring Vinny Cerrato again. What in the hell is wrong with that AD? This is probably one of the worst moves I have ever witnessed from a program.

Re: College Football 2013 Thread
Um...he wins football games. Granted, he is an ass bag but he CAN coach. 41-9 during his first go around is impressive for that program. I think somehow Texas stole Louisville's coach and louisville ended up in better shape. Weird.

Re: College Football 2013 Thread
There is more than just "winning", and he's already screwed over the university one time. It's like a battered wife taking back the abusive husband.

Re: College Football 2013 Thread
There SHOULD be more to it than winning but most of the time there isn't. I doubt they're too worried. Louisville is probably the best job he'll be able to get any time soon. ANd he can only get it because of his history of winning there.

Re: College Football 2013 Thread
Petrino wasn't a bad coach, just a bad human being.
Sometimes college athletic programs care more about winning than peoples' lives...I'm in Penn State territory, I know this. ADs and boosters will look the other way for the wins and cash that comes with it.

Re: College Football 2013 Thread
Who also happens to be a four time national champion. Belichick and Saban might be whiny little bitches, but I would give almost anything to be in a situation where just being in contention for a championship is the norm and not winning it, is actually disappointing.
