Instead of merely telling Ligashesky to watch where he walked, Schiano launched into a loud tirade and threatened to fire him if he repeated the mistake. When Ligashesky was let go following the season, it was hard not to draw a connection between the tantrum and that decision."
That isn't leadership.

And imagine what Schiano would do if instead of walking onto the wrong part of the practice field, the special teams coach walked on to the field and drew a 15 yard penalty. (Oh, wait....).

Well lets hope the only thing embarrassing about the one in two weeks is how bad the Vikings get their asses beat.

Man the Bucs are just horrible. Sucks when you have a coach that nobody wants to win for. And yeah the NFLN matchups have been pretty bad.

Re: Around the NFL Week 8

You can tell the Bucs players want nothing to do with Schiano. Way too much talent on that team to be 0-fer.

In other news, NFL ending it's helmet contract with Riddell after the season.

Re: Around the NFL Week 8

NFL just needs to bag the Thursday night game all together. They're watering down their product. I watched about a quarter and a half and turned it off....and I had money on the game.

Re: Around the NFL Week 8

Between the Vikings/Giants game and this one last night. The NFL has put on two stinkers in less than 5 days. Yuck. AND they were nationally televised.

Its unfortunate, but injuries are killing the NFL's product right now. Have any of you guys ever seen such bad play at QB and RB as we have recently?

Re: Around the NFL Week 8

As bad as the matchups have been, the Giants/Vikes Monday night game still beat baseball in the ratings.
