I say proceed to federal court and do anything possible to attack Goodell and the other 29 teams.

I feel like going nuclear over this.

Well wonder if they will appeal this to the Supreme Court? As that is the highest of all courts. But doubt they will say the same thing too. And deny them as well.

Well according to his latest film he's angry all the time. Maybe we need someone who could cause serious damage to 280 Park Avenue?

I say put flaming bags of dog doo on the front porches of Mara and Goodell and ring their doorbells. Then drop all legal actions and move on to other things.

Re: Redskins' and Cowboys' Salary Cap Challenge Dismissed

I'm not a cap geek but a few things here. If there wasn't an uncapped year the Redskins could not have dumped these shitty salaries. Right? So if that was the case then they wouldn't have had the cap room anyway. Right? I'm not one to side with anything the league does but the Redskins were wrong here. This was an unwritten rule among the other owners who are Snyder's business partners. I'm sure a lot of them shook their heads when Haynesworth was signed cause that meant the price goes up for them to sign their own guys. Did any of the other owners dump their shitty contracts? I guess the Cowboys did. Lesson to the Redskins...don't sign players w/ questionable character to large contracts.

Not sure why fans are so mad towards Roger Goodell about this. It wasn't him that initiated this stuff, it was the other owners. Roger is doing exactly what the other owners are wanting him to, it just so happens that 2 of the other owners aren't agreeing with the sanctions.

If you want to be mad, be mad at the other NFL owners (minus Tampa Bay) as they all voted in favor of the sanctions.

A lot of people don't like Roger Goddell because he fines popular players a great deal of money. James Harrison, Jonathan Vilma, etc. Fred Smoot got on the radio just a few months ago and called Goddell a dictator.

Are these the same people that don't like the popular players because they get paid a great deal of money?

Screw the league over in the long run by not generating a lot of income to have revenue shared from. Drop the price of seats significantly and cry its because of the economy. Make just enough money to pay the bills and players.
Parking, concessions, and luxury box revenue isn't shared with other teams. A portion of regular (non-luxury box) gate receipts is shared.

I think most people....fans and players dislike him. He was even booed at this years draft. But regardless of what we think, he's here to stay.
