Re: Redskins Final Cuts
That makes 8 rookies, not including Jenkins on the team. Boy, we got kinda young in a hurry.

Re: Redskins Final Cuts
Um, interesting. Not sure how I feel about Neild being out #2 NT.

Re: Redskins Final Cuts
I know they won some pre-season games but, I'm still a bit nervous about the makeup of this team overall.

Neild over Bryant is a stunner. Wonder if they make a play for Balmer

Also, with Paul, Hankerson, and Banks all reportedly on the 53 man, and Stallworth also reportedly making it, does that mean 8 WR's? That's an awful lot.

Re: Redskins Final Cuts
As I have said all along, Banks is not a WR. He hasn't taken a snap at WR all preseason. He's a KR and shouldn't count amongst the WR's.
That said, 7 WR's is still one too many. As to Nield, as much as he was my late round man crush, I am worried about him at No.2 NT. From what I saw, he played way too high and got pushed around a bit. Hopefully, coaches are seeing something I am not.

I thought for sure Bryant was a lock, it is indeed very shocking.

Re: Redskins Final Cuts
Your aren't the only one buddy. I am still very pleased as to what we are doing here. I am not sold on the team, there are still major areas of need, but we are officially rebuilding and this is part of the process. We could not completely revamp the whole team in one offseason. BUT it has begun. I am totally and fully on board with the program as a fan.
