Buffalo Bills free up salary space, cut ties with Marcus Stroud - ESPN

"Stroud's departure was not considered a surprise after the 10-year NFL veteran struggled in making the transition in Buffalo's switch to a 3-4 defensive scheme."

"He showed up to training camp in July leaner in preparing to make the switch from defensive tackle to end in the Bills' new scheme. However, he struggled along with an entire defense that finished 24th in the NFL in yards allowed and last in yards rushing. The Bills finished 4-12 and opened the season losing their first eight games."

Like I said, we would benefit from players with 3-4 experience.

Stroud was great in his days at J'ville, but not so much now.

Raiders again showing the rest of the world why they are a bunch of clueless idiots.

SI.com first reported Seymour's extension. The website said that Seymour's contract is potentially worth $30 million and contains $22.5 million guaranteed.

Two years... 30 mil? For Seymour? Really? Really?

At least it's only two years.

I think Davis is just the NFL Owner version of a troll. No longer has a desire to win so he decides to skew the payscale for certain positions. He was probably watching the Revis saga last year with a bowl of popcorn and a coke laughing his but off.

Well, they gave up a first rounder, might as well keep him and play him.

Well fellow skins fans, if cromartie hits the market would you consider making a push for him over Rogers? If the $ was right I would

Re: Free Agency/Franchise Tag thread 2011

Cromartie brings a lot baggage, and not just for his Brady Bunch family. Honestly I would keep Rogers over him.
