Russ Grimm our next coach?

I mean I like the fact that we want to go with an unproven/unknown HC with Russ, but I feel we should go with a proven coach, such as shanahan, gruden, holmgren. Russ would be very smart to not take the job anyway.

I wouldn't mind drafting his son, Cody, from VT though. He is a football player.
