Re: Skins vs. Cardinals predictions

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE when some of the predictions here are: ARE runs a punt back to win it, Rocky picks off one, Taylor gets 2 picks....etc. they keep me optimistic and pumped up for every game!!! Cause WE all know those guys are capable to do all those things!

We need a good showing here, even with all the injuries....I'm expecting Saunders to open up that playbook just a little more this week...and here's my crazy one: ARE finally throws one for a big gain!!!

Redskins - 24
Cardinals - 9

I think the Cardinals defense is better than many people think and our offensive line is in shambles. That combination does not bode well for our running game and our offense as a whole. Nevertheless, our defense wins this game.

Redskins 24 (7 from D), Cardinals 14.

I don't like the match up right now with their defensive line against our offensive line, Campbell better be prepaired to do a lot of running, if Warner plays and can play at full strength we may have a prob. if not I think we win an ugly one, lots of field goals in this one I will go 16-13 skins. The status of Springs will be big in this game he has the size to play with Fitz.

Re: Skins vs. Cardinals predictions

I just read that SS Adrian Wilson is questionable with a bad hamstring. This could be HUGE for Moss and ARE. Campbell will have a field day if AW doesn't play.

Despite torn elbow ligament, Warner hopes to play at Washington

Meanwhile, Pro Bowl safety Adrian Wilson sat out practice with a hamstring injury, and it's not clear whether he'll be available Sunday.

Similar game to the Lioncubs two weeks ago. 34-3 Burgandy & Gold over the RedCards.

Skins 24
Lions 0

It's time for a shutout and this is a big game for the Skins. 4-2 is so much better than 3-3 and I think the team will respond. I'm going to say that the D forces some turnovers this week. One fumble and 2 picks. Taylor and Rogers (last time I said it, he had a pick six). This will give the O a short field a few times and they'll capitalize. In a game where the Skins could look better, they'll capitalize on turnovers, but only manage one sustained drive because of the banged up line.

Lions? Are we a bit late with that prediction?

With Warner starting and injured, it's only a matter of time that pressure will get to him. Even with our woes to the O-Line, Saunders will have Campbell ready, and Buges will make sure those Dirtbags step it up.

Re: Skins vs. Cardinals predictions

27 - Skins
20 - Cards

I think our offense will break out of it to score some points. I also think Cardinals will put some points up as well, but our defense will shut them down for the most part. As long as we dont have any stupid errant plays again, we should be cruise...

I agree. Rabach hasn't practiced all week, and he is going to lineup across from Darnell Dockett. This isn't going to be pretty. I think we're going to have to play a lot of jumbo packages and keep Cooley in a lot to block. It's so aggravating, but I don't think the play book can open up this week.

The Redskins win by running and stopping the run:

24-10
