Cooked up some turkey bacon today. Crisped up pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised.

This is something I grew up with in NJ , they are called Joe's , we called them sloppy Joe's put not like you think, No ground beef and they are not hot.
![]() They can have any type of meat but most come with ham. Three slices thin rye , in house made thousand Island dressing ,in house made coleslaw, meat , swiss cheese and butter

Any sandwich that you also need a fork to eat all of the excess that falls off, is fine by me. Give me that sandwich, a bottle of hot sauce, and a fork, and it's go time.

I'm not a huge fan of it as a side dish, but I like it on things. Adds some texture.
