Re: Redskins vs Rams predictions

Ok, so .... I keep hearing how the Rams D is pretty good, but it will be fun to see how they will react to RG3 and our offensive scheme. I wouldn't say N.O. was too shabby. No they didn't really have game film to watch but Orakpo has come out and said the new added plays has been difficult for even them (Redskins Defense) to contain.

But we have also heard that the Rams have no offense because they have no weapons. Stop the run and you've stopped the Rams.

I'm in for 10 points a quarter again, but MS and Fischer are friends, the Rams although expensive did trade with us, and did I mention Fischer is MS's friend? I think MS keeps the score somewhat decent here. Yeah we get ahead early and fast then simply keep the lead. However.... MS might want to make a statement to the league.....

30-24 Redskins.

Re: Redskins vs Rams predictions

Here's the thing, although in the past we would always play down to our competition, we never had Robert before. Not saying he will definately play lights out, but his enthusiasum will be enough to keep our O going and we win.

Skins- 28
Rams- 10

I feel that we are going to kick the living shit out of them, due to the fact that they are drained from almost getting a win, but coming up empty handed last week. Meaning for them? That this year will be no different for them than last year. Their offensive line is going to absolutely collapse, and for those of you that like to "predict" injuries, If any quarterback is going to get hurt this game, I'd put my money on Bradford.

Skins make a statement as a true contender for the NFCE crown this week, while all the other three teams in our division lose close games.

Skins 42

Rams 22
Heres what I have to say about that, last year we were 3-1, things looked bright, then we fell off the face of the earth and did awful losing 6 straight. So I'll say this. We and the rest of the NFC East, and the NFL won't be talking us as contenders until at least week 8. (Then again under zorn we did start 6-2, but we have better coaching and a better QB now so I'll dispute that exception to the rule.)

I'm just trying to put a lid on all this optimism, because all it takes people is one play for this super dooper absotively positively already fun season to go down the crapper and turn the "RG3's the best QB in the league," to "Fire Shanahan! We're cursed"

I'm sure you'll have a much better time than the last two games I've been to. McNabb and Beck at the helm. :vomit:

Re: Redskins vs Rams predictions

Let me say if the redskins win against the rams- whatever they score, it will be well-deserved because the rams are a tough and underrated team. While i believe the redskins are going to win, I think this game will be a good gauge and test.

And btw - the redskins are only 3 point favorites.

21-10 Skins. The dump passes and options are only going to last so long. By week 3, the rest of the leauge will be on the lookout for it. I say Banks returns one, and Morris gets one on the ground....i hope (I have to start him in fantasy this week). Griffen will get one through the air.
