Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Josh Harris already hired Eugene Shen to head up the analytics department. He's one of the best in the business and he's been working here for months.

I was just wondering the same thing. It takes more than one new personnel guy to build a draft board. All the more reason to see this as a 2-year project. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
You may be right but I wonder if Snyder or Rivera ever had any regard for the scouting reports. Isn't it possible that that the scouting department under the old regime had good people whose efforts were disregarded? I imagine that they may have had the lowest morale of any group in the building - other than all women, of course.

Although, based on what we are seeing how Harris is processing through the GM/coach hiring, I'm confident that we will do the homework accordingly and draft a player that will have high chance of being successful. |

I am big Celtics fan, the year we had the first pick everyone was all about Fultz; he was the next great thing, then Danny A trades out of first and i am like WTF; now we just have this crappy guy called Jayson Let the pro's do their job and we have a great one in Peters

Lol. Sorry as a Sixers fan that is over the line. Fultz is a perfect example of one of those “process” decisions gone wrong. |

The point of this article is that the author thinks that if the Commanders believe there is a potential Franchise QB in this draft they will try to trade up to #1 to get him, no matter who he may be. I'm a Williams booster but this is not about him. It's about trading up for the the right QB. |
