Re: Better coach

I got a good friend who is a die-hard B-lo fan and lived there when G-williams was coaching, he said the local media had reports of Williams being worse than a drill sargent - he woke up players by banging trash cans, he ran I think it was 12 two-a-days in a preseason once , he was a maniac.

Plus, can you imagine what Williams will think of our fans when we break out crazy, conspiracy theory type BS? He will crap on us! At least Joe embraces us and makes us feel wanted!

Re: Better coach

It is strange how people can see the same event in different perspectives. I see Coach Gibbs attitude as a display of maturity, discipline and poise ... not a lack of passion.

I also would be very supportive of Coach Williams becoming head coach of the Skins after Coach Gibbs retires.

As for fearing your head coach, that is not a sign of a growing and developing relationship in a professional level. I think that is what Coach Gibbs is trying to impart to his team ... Fear does not win games - discipline and integrity win games.
