Re: Around the NFL Week 7
I don't know what to take serious and what to blow off, to be completely honest. Like saying board members have threatened to leave unless I'm banned? That's pathetic. A pathetic thing to ask IMO. The board has a (great) block feature that I've used regularly, but I've never thought of asking for those WPers to be banned. Serious? That's for real? I'm neither the biggest critic of the coach nor the most incendiary person around here.
I read the whole exert, for two blurbs about Shanny. For what? Some have liked him. Some haven't. Why is the team undisciplined, unprepared and not playing at it's potential? That's the bottom line. To suggest it's a coaching issue, right at the top, doesn't seem like such a radical or different opinion.

I thought Matty or SS or one of the other more knowledgeable* posters had said that least season RG3 didn't like to run the ball. I'm guessing RG3 doesn't like the read option? Hey Robert! Did you like being Rookie of the Year last season? How are things working out now without running the RO once in awhile? As I recall you didn't get hurt in the read-option last season... *more knowledgeable than me. |

As someone who, in all my years on the WP, has used the block feature on only one person and only during the season when the person in question was being particularly inane and obtuse, I can assure you the feature is not particularly effective when someone consistently spouts idiotic BS at a profligate rate. In such a case, the individual's verbal diarrhea spreads through the thread and infects even the most intelligent comments with its stank.

Lets be real here. If Goat wasn't on this site, it would be a lot more dull and a lot less humor.
