Re: Skins cowboys postgame
It's that some ppl think the defense has a lot of talent, not elite but definitely top 10 worthy. I'd love to see what Wade Philips, Rob Ryan, or Gregg Williams could do with this roster.

Re: Skins cowboys postgame
O-Line is the worst in the NFL!!!! if we had a top 15 )-Line we would be at the top of the NFC East! We all knew this last season and this offseason but we did NOTHING

Re: Skins cowboys postgame
Bill Bellichik and Pete Carroll were both given second chances. Their first stints were horrible disasters.

Re: Skins cowboys postgamee
Only at LT, FB, NT, but a vehicle is only as good as who is guiding it. Most gets are lost on the sidelines. Last season most games were won with the QB until the sidelines couldn't convey to him to stay protected. The read option is a joke. Nothing compares or adds longevity to success than a ocket QB. Why are we playing NCAA ball in the nfl ??????

Re: Skins cowboys postgame
Oh, I love these threads lol.
Just going to cliff note it. -RG3 can't run an NFL type offense -D. Hall is good -D. Hall is bad -Cowboys suck to, we suck worse -Mike needs to be fired -Kyle needs to be fired -special Teams suck -Mike needs more time -Kyle doesn't like Mike -Morris needs to be our HC for his next stint -Our defense has the talent, just not the coaching -Fletcher sucks because he's to old -We can't beat the Giants. -Etc Personally, I think we are just playing to our potential at the moment. Games can swing in many different directions. Kai missed another one tonight, and our special teams let us down. A lot of big plays were missed, and allowed.

Re: Skins cowboys postgame
I think the $36 million penalty is a huge thing. That money would have made a big difference on the O-line and D-secondary.

Re: Skins cowboys postgame
Sean Taylor passing away was a pretty huge thing too, as long as we're citing things that could have been different.

Re: Skins cowboys postgame
Boarder line, with the oline putting us on the bubble. Defensively I think our front 7 personnel are solid top ten with a great defensive mind coaching them and Brandon Merriweather was a probowler not too long ago and if finally healthy. Offensively, I think our QB, RBs, TEs, WRs all have top ten potential with the right coach on the sidelines. Oline could be better too though maybe just above avg today, but top ten within a year. BA and Shanahan have done a solid job building the roster IMO.

Re: Skins cowboys postgame
To be fair, you can add Bill Belichick and Lovie Smith to the list of coaches who can't get a decent season out of Brandon Meriweather.
