I will defer to your opinion on this but in regards to my original post I meant a charge that would be likely to bring down his NFL career. He might get charged with a crime, but that doesn't mean it would ruin his career. I mean if Vick can get charged with killing dogs and spend 2 years in prison and still resume his career when he gets out, I don't see this resulting in anything that would amount to a lifetime ban from the NFL. Even if he did get convicted of obstruction of justice I still don't see the punishment ruining his career. Only way I see this ruining his career is if he actually did the deed, or assisted in some way that would make his prison sentence 10+ years. That's the point I was trying to get at without spending too much time on the subject.

Oh, I agree. Frankly, he can be charged, convicted and reviled by the general populace as worthless scum, but, as long as (1) he is not in jail, and (2) he can ball, his NFL career will be fine.

Report: Aaron Hernandez 'not ruled out as a suspect' in homicide case - CBSSports.com

WFXT-TV in Boston reported late Wednesday that Hernandez is "directly tied to the homicide," which is why authorities executed a search warrant on his house. According to WFXT-TV, Hernandez was seen at a bar in Boston with three other men on the night of the Lloyd's death. At some point, the four men left the bar, but only three made it back to Hernandez's residence. Officials are sure that Lloyd left the bar with Hernandez because of a text they found in Lloyd's phone.

Oh boy, not looking good. Cant wait to see how Darth Hoody trys to spin this...or watch him painfully beat back the press refusing to answer questions.

College Quarterbacks get converted to wide receiver and tight end positions all the time in the NFL. I don't see how Tebow couldn't make the conversion. I think he's still a heck of a football player, just not that GREAT of a quarterback.

Most of the time they make that conversion before they get to the NFL, they don't wait 3-4 years and then try to make that switch, after being so adament that they are a QB. Also, not that great of a QB is a huge understatement. To me for Tebow it is FB or nothing. Nothing to me has shown that he can run routes or catch passes.

Michael Robinson became a FB after being a QB in college. To me he is a FB.

I will also reserve judgement on the "heck of a football player" statement. To me he isn't that either.

Jaxson DeVille, Mike Florio feud on Twitter - Big Cat Country

Jacksonville's mascot destroying Mike Florio...lol

My favorite tweet:

“@ProFootballTalk: Jaxson Props for finding mild upgrade from gig as Eric the Clown.”

we're both seen as clowns but I can take my suit off!

FWIW According to a "Legal analyst" at NFL.com, when you strip away the CopSpeak and double talk, Hernandez is THE suspect......
It may serve to reopen the shooting case in Fl as well/
Well Tim.....it's your time
