Re: UDFAs

Here is the "unofficial" Hogs Haven list:

Quote:
The below list of UDFAs is unofficial and is based on twitter reports and info provided by the Hogs Haven UDFA open thread. It would be great if our team of bloggers who were so diligent in posting draft profiles leading up to the draft could break up the list and give us some more detailed info on these guys once official. clearly football is for people 6-0 or above, so Joe might be using it correctly in football terms.

Hey, I'm the same height as Brandon Banks and routinely refer to myself as a midget. I'm coaching my son's Tee-Ball team right now and some of the 5-year olds are almost as tall as me.

If it doesn't offend the short people...why is it deemed offensive?

Sort of like the Redskins name...actual Native Americans aren't the offended ones!

These days they prefer to be called little people.

Re: UDFAs

One of my idols (not really), Eddie Gaedel. Legand for the St. Louis Browns, wore # 1/8 and walked on 4 pitches in his only Major League at-bat. The Commish then banned midgets in MLB.

Muggsy Bogues is my favorite NBA player of all time, completely serious. 5'3" and an inspiration to me, a fellow former point guard.

We have sensitive members here. Sure we love a game where blood is spilled and bones are broken, but be careful with your words!

I have seen several threads becoming into personal arguments for some people, it's starting to get annoying. This is Redskins forums, thus all kinds of discussions should be football related unless you post in the threads where all people can talk about different things. The only way to prevent from turning threads into aimlessly arguments is to speak in a language that does not offend anybody. I did not mean to target you on this particular word, I was just saying.

Re: UDFAs

I have a really good feeling about Nick Williams potentially playing slot for us. Guy is slick as grease and the patriots were showing interest in him

He may have to show up at someone's camp and start lobbying for himself. Like Justin Skaggs did years ago.

Agreed, my friend. No more homosexual threads. I don't care if it's a football or basketball player, lets stick to talking about the balls in the stadium, not the ones in the bedroom.
