I've started using this stuff. It has extra protein in it and flax seed.

I use it in protein shakes after workouts and in oatmeal.



Only cost about $4 and it much better (health-wise) than normal PB.


Also, on my second jar of Nutella...how it took me this long to discover it I'll never know but I love it. A spoon of that in a protein shake or on toast...YAH.
