Re: McNabb a REDSKIN!
Wow, I'm speechless. I guess the Skins aren't planning on drafting a QB now. Hope Okung is still on board when we pick. Is he worth a second round pick? Not sure, but Redskins park should be interesting and in the news for months to come.

Re: McNabb a REDSKIN!
Well, lets go ahead and sign our two OL guys now. Okung and Asaoah. Both can step in and upgrade what we have now. One way to put this deal, would u rather have Gaither for 10 or 11 years, or McNabb for 5-7 years.......
I say we got a decent deal. |

Wow This is unheard of. Trading amongst your own division like that. We'll definately have a good inside track on the eagles this year!!!!

Re: McNabb a REDSKIN!
I don't think that was really ever in question. I like a bunch of players at the top of the draft. All it does is seemingly take any Bradford scenario out of the question.

Re: McNabb a REDSKIN!
No bradford, but The Rams had him since day 1! Shanny knew it and understands that McNabb makes us a contender.. Now we get Okung!! I love Allen/Shanny

it's an improvement at the position.. I think I still would've rather tried to get McCoy in the 2nd but there's a lot of talk that he'll go in the 1st now too it'll take a bit to find out what impact this had on our future.. we gave up a lil more than I wanted, but that was the cost of doing it within the division I guess |

Re: McNabb a REDSKIN!
Donovan McNabb is headed to the Redskins
Posted by Gregg Rosenthal on April 4, 2010 8:12 PM ET So much for the Washington Redskins' quiet offseason. In an insanely gutsy move, the Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to trade Donovan McNabb to the Redskins, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. This is not a belated April Fool's joke. The Eagles have quickly confirmed the move. Philadelphia will receivedthe No. 37 overall pick in the 2010 draft and either a third or fourth round pick in 2011.

Re: McNabb a REDSKIN!
Well, it'll be interesting, the Warpath Poll had it 3 to 1 against getting McNabb. Clearly MS/BA aren't logging on often enough!

Look at the number of active viewers. So you're ready to ditch JC?

Re: McNabb a REDSKIN!
my buddy just put out an interesting theory, what if we got mcnabb to package him to stl to get the number one pick and get bradford, anyone think there is a chance of this???

Re: McNabb a REDSKIN!
Why would we do this before we hosted bradford, we still had a chance to get him...

Re: McNabb a REDSKIN!
Can't believe the Eagles traded him to a division rival... Really didn't think this was going to happen.

Re: McNabb a REDSKIN!
I'm most happy Campbell wasn't part of the trade. We'll probably need to do something on draft day with him, move him for a conditional fourth or something, but giving him up instead of the conditional fourth we did could have been catastrophic.
