But if we bring in Dockery to be our LG again, and then let's say draft Oher put him at RT and maybe slide Jansen inside? or Smith and keep Jansen outside? Either way, the Redskins have the upper hand here. They let Dockery walk for big, big money...and now he's the one out of a job.

For once a resounding yes.
Alright heres the plan. FA: Chris Cantry DE/DT, Derrick Dockery LG, Andre Smith Draft, 3rd round OLB.

Re: Dockery Cut:
I like to see him back and I think it helps when guys go else where for the big money then find themself out of a job it makes what they had look that much better. So if we do sign hime I guess we will here the same stuff. I should not have chased the money, I wasn't really happy playing there, I really missed the fans, I know there are some more standard lines that I'm missing.

Re: Dockery Cut:
I think this Dockery news suddenly puts Hall on the backburner, though they'd still like to keep him of course.

Re: Dockery Cut:
I say **** him, We gave him his shot a put up with all his mistakes while he was learning. Just so he could take off soon as a big offer came. I'll stick with Kendall.

What? No, we're suppose to agree with each other all the time. This isn't a debate site. What? He was offered a chance for financial security and took it. You're telling me that if you weren't in his position you wouldn't take the money. On top of that teams are suppose to develop talent in order to win, it's not like we got nothing out of him. Hell theres a reason so many people here want him back.

Re: Dockery Cut:
I think we should bring him back in ala Smoot. To me the interesting thing here is how cheap the Bills are. They are only saving 450,000 against the cap so obviously they are just cutting him to avoid the cash bonus. It doesn't even make sense otherwise.

I think any of the "Big 4" could start right away, although no one at 13 could play LT right away (I want to move samuels to the right side ASAP). IF we trade down to below the 20th pick, I think Britton, Beatty, and Troy Kopog could possibly start right away at RT and be an upgrade over jansen and Heyer, but neither of them seems to have the potential to develop into a "franchise" RT, let alone LT. Duke Robinson could start at guard right away, but if we get Dockery, i dont see us being interested... unless we gave him a shot at Tackle, but thats risky. Obviously, I like some of the centers available, but i dont think we can really afford to address that position this year.
