Re: Around the NFL week 1
The Cowboys look really good right now. I wonder who they will lose to in the playoffs this year after securing Home Field advantage?

Re: Around the NFL week 1
How about those Buffalo Bills? They tore up Seattle and looked great and the Browns D is waking up.

The Cowboys have a huge steal with Felix Jones. Huge with a capital H.

Re: Around the NFL week 1
He reminds me of Emmitt Smith with his style of running, it won't be long before he replaces Barber as the starter.

Re: Around the NFL week 1
What a horrible day. Eagles, Cowboys and Panthers all win. And Skins lose Thursday. I'm already anxious for next Sunday to start.

The Eagles and Cowboys looked very good. Yes, Felix Jones looked real good too. This indeed is a tough division, but we all know that.

Re: Around the NFL week 1
like i said 4 months ago - the brown's strength of schedule is much tougher this year.
they're a lot better than last year, but it'll be hard for them to do any better than 10-6 this year. on the other hand, the bills are looking pretty good... and so is chris johnson. |

Re: Around the NFL week 1
Dallas looked very good--that offense is clicking. At least the Browns put one nice hit on Romo and cut his chin. And Barber went off to have xrays on his hand. Going to be very tough.
Not a surprise to me about the iggles--they've never needed WRs if McNabb is on and Westbrook is healthy. And we go to Dallas and Philly back-to-back in 4 and 5. And of course WE have to go to Seattle. BS schedule. No love there at all. Also, Pittsburgh looked great--good D, good running game, very efficient passing game. Watching the good teams today really made me long for a dominant o-line. Romo gets to sit back there for about 5 minutes. Oy.
