I don't understand why a lot of the media is making a big deal about the felony charges. The incident in Vegas was known about before his suspension and I would be surprised if the Commissioner did not ask about the incident. It was widely assumed that he would receive some charge for that.

Now if he lied to the commissioner about the incident or gets convicted of a felony then it would be fair to add to the suspension. Otherwise let it go through the courts and let him serve the original term.

The real funny thing is that when I see this thread on the front page, I don't know if it's a past incident or a new one I just haven't heard about yet..
