Re: F...Shaving

Fushion is good, and I just got into the battery powered razors which seem to help.

Really?
I hate trying new out new razors because they are so god damn expensive. But it's worth it if it improves the shave.

Well the only reason I tried it out was because they did not sell Mach3 razors replacements at the store. I was soo pissed because damn Gillette comes out with a new razor everyday and their old ones become outdated.

So I had no other choice beside the Fusion that was battery powered with one AAA battery.

It seems to help IMO, and the "amazing technology of FUSION" is actually good.

Have you guys seen that commercial, it is the most ridiculous thing ever. They make it sound like they fused some nuclear elements together to create some great new technology. Only thing the are fusing is one tiny blade on the back....it is the dumbest thing ever and it almost pisses me off as much as the Wendy's whistle.

Re: F...Shaving

I just got the Panasonic ES8162S Pro-Curve razor and it really is fantastic. I have difficulty shaving because I have the combination of a sensitive skin, thick stubble, and a strange shaped neck. I was using the fusion before, but I get less irritation with the Panasonic. I would recommend it for anyone out there who is, like me, a special needs shaver.

The fusion actually is the best I've ever tried, but the razors are expensive as hell. The only reason I use it is because they sent me a free one and I'm too dumb to buy a different one.

Just dumped my Schick Quattro for a Merkur Razor...what a world of difference.

Re: F...Shaving

4 years later and I'm still using the Fusion, although I did upgrade to the Fusion Pro Glide. Doesn't really make much of a difference IMO. I'm going to have to downgrade to something cheaper when my blade gets dull though, because I can't afford another pack of the expensive Fusion blades. Any recommendations for something cheap yet still does the trick? Nothing battery operated though, I tried that route once and I prefer the hand touch instead.
