Jimmy G is terrible. Carr was a better QB.

Nobody has Rons superpower of being able to absolutely suck at your job and stay employed for all of eternity. Nobody.

I know he just got fired, but Josh McDaniels had way too many chances

Or Norv Turner back in the day

Totally on the owner, Mark Davis. Firing someone after less than 2 years of a 6 year contract is never great, but at least when it is a college coach or NFL coordinator you can claim that they weren't as good as you thought they were, but McDaniels has a well documented history as a coach so it begs the question "what did you expect to happen when you hired him"

The one thing about McD is that he no longer has the Belichick/Brady combo that for some reason made people forget how terrible he was as a HC in Denver.

Hopefully he never gets another chance, because he has now driven two franchises into the ground.

I'm thinking he would look good in Dallas once McCarthy flames out in the playoffs again. Give him 1 more shot.

TH is the ultimate underdog story. He just doesn't have an NFL arm.

He is the absolute ideal back-up QB. And that's pretty damn impressive and comes with a nice salary. But yeah, you don't want him starting a full-season. Falcons will be in the QB market this off-season.
