AJ Green and Smitty both going off. This Bengals/Ravens game is pretty good. Lots of penalties though.

Pretty easy.
You can join contest for as little as $.25 each
You have a salary cap which is usually 60,000 and you have to field of team using the salary cap, you just try to pick The player you think is going to score the most fantasy points for that week and fit them on your roster
