lolololololol

If you could get a skins jersey on Balboa, that pic could be avatar-worthy.

That represents the entire team trying to catch McCoy after yesterday's performance.

I think its hilarious that Reid has the second best RB in the league behind Peterson and I dont think he realizes it.

I know i'm way too late, but yeah, rex was pretty much awful, and john beck has 0 accuracy, so the hole at QB is looking terribly big right now.

I love how people here spend years bitching about how conservative we are, how we never go for the big touchdowns, how awesome teams like the Patriots don't settle for field goals.

But when we go for a big play at home on our first drive of a 0-0 game, then we want to talk about playing the percentages

Um Rex Grossman is our QB. Being aggressive is fine. I'm all for it. But when you have a QB who throws multiple int's a game then you can't be aggressive. He should've had at least 4 more this year cause guys flat our dropped picks that hit them dead in their hands.

If we had better play at the qb posistion , I would love the play calling . However , after losing two linemen , and having a quick /big play offense as the opponent , I would have liked to see more of an attempt to pound the rock on a poor run defense . We also need to work on the run Defense .

I normally don't like to point the finger at one guy but Rex just killed us yesterday. Each pick was worse than the one before. I think he was pressing and trying to make something happen, I get that, but you can't just keep tossing balls up for grabs. It's Beck's turn, he can't be worse than Rex... can he?

A smack down on the bye. It is only supposed to last for one week. Ours lasted for at least two weeks. Few people showed up to play.

Not a chance in hell he's worse than Rex. Sometimes offense is very much about getting in a rhythm. My gut tells me with more reps in this offense, his accuracy issues will be resolved.

Before I get misunderstood, I'm for playing Beck this week.

But, in context, I'm not sure about statements like that. Certainly Beck can't be worse than Wrecks against the Eagles. But he definitely can be worse than Wrecks against the Giants.

Of course my statement is without merit, because nobody knows for sure. We'll find out soon enough though.

Sorry 12th, you're an insightful guy and I did not mean to pick on you personally. But I've heard a lot of folks make similar statements. You are correct, we'll all get educated more soon.

Really? Only an idiot would make such an absolute statement! I would humbly suggest that it is quite possible that Beck could be worse than "Eagles' game" Rexy. It is unlikely, but, given this will be Beck's first start in many years and that he has failed before, I don't think anything can be ruled out.

I hope he won't and don't believe he will - I am just suggesting that an abysmally bad John Beck performance is not out of the realm of the reasonably possible.

This sadly is true.

Outside of 5 games as a rookie late in the 2007 season in Miami and the TB preseason game, where did he fail? Cam Cameron was going to start him in 2008, but Cameron was fired. When CC signed on as the Ravens OC, he brought Beck in to back up Flacco.

Lots of folks were ready to throw away Rivers and Rodgers and giving those two guys a few seasons of sitting didn't hurt. Now let's not make the quantum leap to me saying Beck = Rivers/Rodgers, but the rest of the season is certainly time to fnd out if he can be more than a career backup.

Tripp touched on this in a post last night, what I think we're seeing here is Daddy and Jr. in a disagreement over how the O goes forward. My gut is Rex was Ks's guy and MS gave him (KS) the rope to hang himself. KS is hung, now MS will take more control and put more run/PA with his guy (Beck). I'm certainly speaking with optimism, same as the "we control the LoS and win" optimism I posted pre-game yesterday....we saw how that worked out.
