Williamson most likely will be on the board, but is he a top ten pick? Same thing with Heath Miller. I think we should be able to trade out of this spot and maybe grab us a #2, at least a #3 and some late rounders.

I would much rather see us have a lot of draft picks than a few studs. Especially since we have so many guys coming and going, and the potentical cap purge in a few years.

The more young depth we can find the better.

I've heard that the Vikings will most likely pursue a FA WR, with some experience. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw Plaxico wearing purple next year.

If Williams and Edwards are both gone, I would definitely look to trade down and grab either Williamson or Clayton and pick up an additonal pick.

I dont think the vikings will draft wideout help. I think they will visit the wire. Marty booker is their number 2. Come on...

They may have a difficult time signing anyone until they figure out who owns the team.

I wonder how much cap space the Vikings have. If they are way under, then I can see them picking up a FA WR.

Re: Moss traded to Raiders

Isn't Marty Booker on the Dolphins? Chris Chambers, marty Booker, and David Boston - perhaps the best receiver corps in the NFL. I know everyone hates Boston - but when boston and booker are motivated they can be huge!

Re: Moss traded to Raiders

Boston hasn't done squat in years, Booker is decent, Chambers is the best of the three but he's not setting the world on fire. Best WR corps in the league?? What does that make the Colts then?

Their #2 is Marcus Robinson.

"When Boston is motivated he can be huge"....motivated or injected I suppose

How could you leave out Derrius Thompson? He's the difference maker there!

Re: Moss traded to Raiders

Booker hasn't done anything since his big year in Chicago. Boston is always injured and has off the field issues.

Bottom line is, both of those guys have had maybe one good year, and Chambers is probably a top 10 receiver. How does that make them the best WR corp?

St.Louis, Indianapolis, Raiders (since they got Moss now) have a much better receiving corp than the Dolphins.
