Yeah thought the same thing. Then I thought, they're the Eagles and the organizational and personel moves work most of the time. If this were the Redskins Id say this is a typical move and would end in a miserable failure.

It seems completely insane.

Then again, Reid has done other things which I thought were nutty, and each time he comes out smelling like a rose.

Castillo hasn't coached a defense since 1989 when he was coaching high school ball?

Wow.

This better work out otherwise Reid is gonna face some serious heat.

I kinda felt sorry for Sean Mcdermit, having to fill the shoes of the late Jim Johnson Didnt know they fired him. Jim Johnson was a badass DC. RIP.

I never feel sorry for the Eagles, but thought McDermmit was a scapegoat...the Eagles have serious talent and depth issues in every facet of their D.

Eagles promote Juan Castillo to D-coordinator
I hope that we tear them a new a-hole but he does enough to stay on for a few years.

Re: NFL Coaching Rumors and Moves

Bill Muir promoted from KC offensive line coach to offensive coordinator, a more traditional promotion

Reid's on the warm seat, can't imagine he did this to improve his standings though.

It's the Eagles. On paper the move looks like a huge failure but somehow it'll work out for them, until the playoffs at least.

Reid has an uncanny knack of getting the unbelievable to work nicely for him, so who knows what will happen with this?

Maybe this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Love this website. The headlining picture is a photoshop masterpiece.

Please, every coach has some sort of "Fire X" page on the internet.

Fire Mike McCarthy Petition

Also just realized that both Super Bowl head coaches are named Mike. Had you told me that a Coach Mike would be representing the NFC in the Super Bowl before the season I would have been very hopeful.

I liked the website mainly because of the website name and picture.
