Mike Vrabel probably just moved to the front of our HC possibility line. Thought for sure the Pats would swoop him up.

The Hoffman show was stating it could be Peters for the Head of Football Operations and Cunningham for GM.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread

The head coach should oversee the team .. the issue with a coordinator running the entire team is it splits their duties , I would much rather have a OC and DC that there only job is just that .. Let the Head guy worry about the entire team .. it comes from the top . The owner hires the GM who is over the HC who hires his staff .. If we bring in some Coordinator that has never been a head coach it's gonna be a learning curve .I would rather have the best Experience head coach guy out there that's not super old .. Vrabel checks all the boxes !All the young hot shot coordinators are very Risky and unknown as head coach ,we allready are gonna have a rookie QB under center . Factor in that with essentially Rookie Head coach who will be multi tasking for the first time that's a lot of unknowns..

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread

If Josh Harris thinks that Vrabel could function well in the type of management structure that he envisions, then Vrabel may be interviewed. I can appreciate rocnik's argument that Vrabel tried to wear too many hats in Tennessee. That may have been influenced by the NFL culture he came up in with Belichick running practically everything.

I’m suddenly not too concerned about my own draft hopes and predictions.

Lol. Right. I will no longer do mock drafts and think if only there was a way I could show this to our FO (and actually mean that!)
